Before you place an order

Review return eligibility, time limits and any condition requirements in the purchase tab. Skincare, opened products and different sellers may have different terms.

Request a return

Open the order in the account used at checkout. Select the item and follow the available return or problem-resolution options. Keep packaging and accessories until the request is resolved, and follow any instructions about labels or shipping.

Do not send an item to an address found on a product carton unless your order’s return instructions direct you there.
